2Plan has been appointed on a range of projects of a ‘heritage’ nature including buildings and open spaces.    Our projects have included listed buildings, listed structures, heritage sites and work in conservation areas on both commercial and residential projects.   Examples include:- 
  • The award winning historic Borough Market refurbishment, Southwark, London.
  • An award winning residential conversion of a 18th and 19th century building in Wiltshire
  • Protection to the ‘Site of Special Scientific Interest’, Southerham Works, Sussex. The site contains chalk and flint that are the remains of animals and plants in the Cretaceous sea over 100 million years ago.
  • Repair works to a listed building in a historic Cotswold village.
  • Refurbishment and redevelopment of Victorian offices within the ‘Chancery Lane, Conservation Area’ in London.
  • Refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building within the ‘Bloomsbury Conservation Area’ in London.
  • Creation of a new roof terrace garden as part of an office refurbishment within the ‘Mayfair Conservation Area’, London.
  • Protection works to an ‘SSSI’ site of ‘national scientific importance’ in South Yorkshire for its exposed rock faces dating from the Middle Carboniferous period.
